God lent you to us, for such a short while.

Just 1 year and 6 days

A heart of gold, so strong and bold.

So gentle, so loving and so proud.

You brought so much into our lives.

No matter where we took you,

No matter whom you met,

Every one loved you and thought you were the best.

You were part of our family,

Taggart's faithful companion and play mate

You were a true ROTTWEILLER, right to the end

So much pain you must have felt,

Yet not once did you show it,

Just carried on giving us your love,

Filling our lives with joy

Yesterday was one of the hardest days of our lives,

Deep down we knew you would not be coming home

All we could was be with you, loving you to the end,

Telling you we loved you, how much you brought into our lives,

And when your eyes finally closed, part of us closed to,

No matter where you are Big Boy,

No matter where you roam, we hope are with Flynn,

And our love you will have still, for ever and a day,
